Katie Carver

“I grew up in a small town an hour north of Los Angeles dreaming of music, but I’ve spent my adult life shaping it deep in the heart of Texas.

The contrast between the two has quietly found its way into my sound, blending country-pop with sun-soaked California ease, Southern warmth, grit, and a little bit of attitude.

As a classically trained musician, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for songwriting and musicianship. My songs are personal, and candid, drawing from heartbreak, nostalgia, bad decisions, and small-town memories.

I’m currently writing and developing my debut EP, inspired by a failed engagement and the life I found myself rebuilding afterward. It’s a collection of songs about losing someone, losing the future you thought you were going to have, and slowly figuring out who you are on the other side.

If you’ve ever felt a little behind, a little lost, or like your life didn’t turn out quite the way you planned, you might find something familiar here.”

Katie
